Michael Schott Race - Volunteers Needed

Yep, it’s that time again! Out club’s Marblehead circuit race will be conducted on April 1st. Geoff needs around 40 volunteers to run a safe race. Same deal for volunteers as last year... Starbucks coffee, munch on a bagel, watch a couple of bicycle races while using your diplomacy skills to influence a cyclist or motorist to make the right choice. It’s about maintaining a positive image and safety.

Registration volunteers need to arrive by 7:00 AM, marshals and drivers by 7:30 AM. There will be two races, the 4/5 race starts at 8:35 AM, the 1/2/3 starts at 10:10 AM and will be over by noon.

Weeknight rides starting

Gang -

Heard from the North Reading crew -- their ride starts Thurs this week.

Let's get Topsfield going next week. We might need to shorten routes until sunset gets later in the day.  Use judgement, and bring a blinkey.

Times will go to 5:30 for the season when daylight allows.

Hey, best time of year, the whole road season is ahead. Marblehead is right around the corner.
